She`s been into nutrition, healthy lifestyle, and diet since 1998. She has studied on her own, reading many books about different diets to find the best one for herself, and by the way finding out that there is no the same perfect diet for everyone since every body is different and requires an individual approach. What for one body is nourishing could be poisonous for another one.
Agnieszka loves to travel to get to know the world, new countries, customs, cultures and people. To learn constantly. To grow.
Agnieszka teaches an asana class based on vinyasa. In her class you will move smoothly from one asana to another, working on linking the breath to the movement by creating a beautiful dance of the body. She emphasizes the breath (pranayama) which helps the body to heat up internally, and stay focused. This amazing connection of movement and breathing creates heat, tapas needed for transformation, the change. Sweating cleanses the body, staying focused results in pratyahara, and eventually leads to to dharana, dhyana, and samadhi.
Taking regular dance classes for eight years has given Agnieszka a knowledge about dancer`s body which, in turn, enables her to lead a class designed especially for dancers. This class focuses on proper warm up, stretching, balancing, strengthening, and injury prevention. She LOVES to work with dancers! She actually loves to work with everyone who is willing to make a commitment of regular practice and self-discipline.
